In this lesson you will revisit the discussion in lesson 1. You will further this discussion as meditation is linked to yoga amongst other activities. You will practise listening as you learn about the body scan.
In the guided meditation at the end of the lesson, you will have the opportunity to relax into a body scan. You might want to revise the vocabulary in Lesson 4 before you carry out this practice.
